Founder, Executive Director
Bunny is the Executive Director of Trans Assistance Project. Her experiences as a veteran, academic, educator, organizer, policy-advisor, and trans woman have equipped her to respond to the urgent need for direct-action advocacy on behalf of trans folks. Her history as a poor Oklahoman, growing up within the federal reservation system, instilled in her a passion for fighting for people with the least access to resources. She holds a bachelors degree from Oklahoma State University and a Masters degree from Indiana University, both in Geography.
Co-founder, Resource & Policy Director
Both their lived experience as a genderqueer individual and their activist work focusing on HIV positive communities and sex workers has inspired a passion for creating resources that meet the immediate needs of trans and gender non-conforming people. Prior to TAP, Phos has worked in a variety of fields such as healthcare and affordable housing.
Jules Baldino is the Advocacy Coordinator for Trans Assistance Project. She draws from her background doing care labor and crisis response to bring to the work and years of sexual violence response, advocacy and prevention education. Jules dreams of collectivizing care and reimagines distribution of resources through the destruction of the systems that are in place currently.
